2. User Accounts

Sellers may apply for a Verified Seller Badge by submitting verification documents.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Marketplace Rules

All items listed must be second-hand and legal for sale in Nigeria.
Sellers must describe items accurately and provide clear photos.
Price negotiation is supported; buyers may make offers, and sellers may accept or decline.
Listings that violate our guidelines may be removed without notice.

4. Payments & Escrow

All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways (e.g., Paystack or Flutterwave).
Escrow Payments: Buyer funds are held in escrow until the item is delivered and confirmed as received.
Once confirmed, funds are released to the seller.
If a dispute arises, our team will mediate based on available evidence.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Sellers are responsible for shipping items via verified delivery partners.
Buyers and sellers must agree on delivery method and timelines before completing payment.
Tracking details must be provided when available.

6. Fees & Premium Services

Basic usage of the platform is free (listing items, browsing).
Premium features (e.g., Verified Seller Badge, Featured Listings) may incur additional fees, which will be clearly communicated.

7. Returns & Disputes

Returns are not guaranteed unless the item received is significantly different from the listing.
All disputes must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
OwnItAgain reserves the right to refund, withhold, or release payments based on investigation outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

List counterfeit or stolen goods.
Harass or defraud other users.
Use the platform for illegal or commercial spam activity.
Circumvent platform fees or the escrow system.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and branding on OwnItAgain, including logos, designs, and text, are the property of OwnItAgain and may not be used without permission.

10. Account Termination

OwnItAgain reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms or harm the integrity of the marketplace.

11. Limitation of Liability
